Biography :
Whether it's your first purchase, as a student out of college, need to re-build credit, add to your investment portfolio to build assets, or generate passive income, I can guide you with a purchase or market your investment property in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. As your real estate resource in providing market statistics, current trends, and local market information, my goal is to exceed your expectations in serving you, building a relationship along the way, and present you with a real estate transaction that is both successful and enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible. Raised overseas in Wales, United Kingdom and the Midwest--Kansas and a Portland resident since 90's, I look forward to sharing my passion for the Rose City and Pacific Northwest with you. Follow me Louise B as a Yelp Elite Squad member on Yelp.com, and @LBarakatEATS on Facebook, to check out global eats. With some of the best eateries in the nation, over 500 food carts on pods with full bars & a growing trophy case of James Beard Awards, Portland continues to be a dining destination. Please ask me for your personal dining recommendation! My real estate news can be found @LBhomesNW on Facebook.
